Cooling Castle Barn

Sited on the historic scheduled monument of Cooling Castle, this idyllic setting has three barns – each with individual character, historic architecture and outstanding beauty.

The Artists' Beachouse

This can be your home at which you prepare, marry, host and honeymoon. An idyllic location for ceremonies. We can also contribute to preceding and subsequent festivities to make them intimate, unique and special in line with your wishes.

The Old Lighthouse

This is a historic grade II building, listed in 1992, recently celebrating its centenary. Opened with great ceremony by His Royal Majesty the Prince of Wales in 1904 after a 3 year build, it survived two world wars and could now be your unique venue.

The Old Barn

Two magnificent oak framed barns and elegant white wooden gazebo stand in just over two acres of landscaped gardens, and every last detail has been considered to make this the perfect place to say "I do"

Penshurst Place

This 14th century manor house, with Elizabethan gardens has three banqueting rooms and is appointed for ceremonies.

Rowhill Grange

Originally built as a grand Victorian summerhouse in 1870, over the years the hotel has blended more modern traditions yet the manor still holds the splendour of its origins, making it a truly unique venue for your Kent wedding

Chilston Park

The history goes back at least to 1100 when 'Childeston' was owned by the Fitzhamon Lords of Leeds Castle. A grand history, for a grand venue!

This is more than just a stunning venue for weddings. They take pride in being able to accommodate a wide variety of requests and were delighted to win the prestigious award for the Best Kent Wedding Venue (Heritage)in 2012.

Chart Hills

Chart Hills Club House is a light & bright space recently renovated & decorated throughout. The venue sits at the end of a long drive set with cherry trees & daffodils & opens into a large car park with ample parking.

Mountains Country House

This Victorian house, built in 1866, has a wealth of interesting features from its listed Minton floor in the oak panelled entrance hall to the listed dresser in the Clarke Somers reception room. Guests will relax and feel welcome in the warm ambience of this charming house.

Sundridge Park Manor

Dode Village

Tell me this isn't sublime? With a unique marriage room, built over 900 years ago, it's small in scale and suitable for parties of up to a maximum of only 45 people – people that are truly special to you as a couple. Only one wedding per day is held on Thursdays, Fridays or Saturdays from the 1st April to the 31st October (with some at Christmas).
